Some Corey Stevens at the moment. Last Saturday night at the Arcadia Blues Club. Been a while since I've seen Corey. My late wife used to do his fan club website, some 18 years ago. (Sorry for the silly ass smile, Matthew my son was being a clown)

Guns and Roses- Chinese Democracy. I saw their residency at the Hard Rock a few years ago. CD is a worthy album standing on it's own but doesn't make sense when put up against Appetite and the fourteen year delay.

Also wedged in there are Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons since I caught Jersey Boys on TV. In my defense, I misread it as the Jerky Boys.

If Hendrix Watchtower isn't the best Dylan cover of all-time then perhaps this is:

I've been listening to 10cc a lot tonight-- really digging this live version of Art for Art's Sake. They were one of the first "art rock" bands I got into in high school. I managed to get all their stuff on vinyl from the local record store. I think the caliber of some of Eric Stewart's songs, like Feel the Benefit, are comparable to that of McCartney... and I'm Not In Love is just heart wrenching.

Bought their first two records and loved them.Rubber Bullets is great. The record with I'm Not In Love I actually won from a N.Y.Post quiz that Lou O'Neil posted.
