This seems to be a "thing" now:
Actually, now I think about it, maybe it's not such a new phenomenon - Beavis and Butthead were doing something similar 20 odd years ago...

Not DFTR, so not strictly relevant to this thread, but a further new example of a phenomenon I don't quite understand:

I feel like a proud parent watching the young ones understanding some important life lesson. PS My guess is the band brought to mind by DFTR was probably the Byrds.

OK - apologies - I know this is of ZERO relevance to BOC but it's a part of the new phenomenon of which this thread is about, and it made me smile - this guy, wearing a Metallica T-shirt, sez he's never heard of Ted Nugent - sorry Ted Nuggett - but just enjoy his reaction to what is admittedly a rather nice bass-line (oh, and the odd bit of feedback too):

Here's another Astronomy "Reaction" youtube video - for some reason, the guy chose the '76 live Largo video to listen to...
I know I've mentioned the "Beavis & Butthead" comparison before - after all, why should anybody care what some bloke sitting on his couch thinks or says about this thing or that thing, but the truth is - music appreciation/criticism/promotion is now the domain of anyone who can be bothered to upload their every waking thought to youtube - and I suppose we have to decide whether we think this particular democratisation is a good or bad thing...
