That's an extensive and interesting use of the song. Hope it's in the movie and not just the trailer.

Anyone thinking Liam Neeson's becoming typecast at this point? When you've got a "very particular set of skills", what else are you going to do...? This looks to me like "Death Wish 6"...

Anyone thinking Liam Neeson's becoming typecast at this point? He said a while back that he wasn’t doing action flicks any more, but clearly changed his mind.

Anyone thinking Liam Neeson's becoming typecast at this point? My wife jokes about this. His movies are all “Taken”, “Taken on a Train”, “Taken on a Plane”. I imagine this one will be “Taken on a Snow Plow”.

The first “Taken” movie was really good. When we went to see “Taken 3”, we were the only people in the theater.

Anyone thinking Liam Neeson's becoming typecast at this point? I think his tough guy movie career may have “jumped the shark”...

So Liam's been doin his thang now on a plane and a train. Can't Wait for his update of Dead Heat On A Merry Go Round.

BTW loved Escape Plan but not the follow up. Arnold was good in that.He was really good in The Last Stand. If anyone asks I liked both Reacher films and thought the first Mitch Rapp film was ok.

If anyone asks I liked both Reacher films Blimey... Well, I won't bore you with my own thoughts about all that again, but from my own experience I honestly would say you're in the minority there amongst most Reacher fans (as opposed to pre-existing Tom Cruise fans who just happen to like the Reacher books)... all along, Lee Child had turned his back to the outrage and uproar that greeted his championing Cruise in the role - listening to his interviews when the criticism was put to him, he seemed to be in awe, almost star struck, that Tom Cruise was playing a character he'd written, it was like he'd been seduced by the whole thing, and the glamour of it all, and if the fans didn't like it, they could just sod off... but after some years now of negative fan pressure, he now seems to have come to an astounding conclusion: "Ultimately the readers are right. The size of Reacher is really, really important and it's a big component of who he is... the idea is that when Reacher walks into a room, you're all a little nervous just for that first minute. And Cruise, for all his talent, didn't have that physicality.... So what I've decided to do is - there won't be any more movies with Tom Cruise."
Bloody hell - readers have been shouting that out to him for 6 years or so!! www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-46207601Incidentally, just finished the new Reacher book - starts off a bit slow, then gets a bit intriguing as you continually hop back and forth between two seemingly unrelated story lines: Reacher's, which is all rather bland, and the other which concerns a couple who are forced to check into a lonely motel after car trouble, and who seem to be having their ability to check out again continually thwarted by the mysterious, slightly weird owners... I won't spoil the ending, but it's a bit disappointing really as it's a shameless steal - conceptually - from other films you've seen, most notably a well-known Jean-Claude Van Damme film - I won't say which because that would deffo spoil the ending...

I don't mind the re-invention size wise of Reacher.I take these things as they are and enjoy them for what they bring rather than any pre-conceived notions I might have.

Just got the new book plus the new Mitch Rapp book.I'm currently reading The Rhineman Exchange by Ludlum so as soon as I finish that I"ll start on the two books. As for Ludlum books I'm hoping they continue the Col John Smth stories and the Paul Janson ones.
