After 4 decades of literally millions of fans asking for a moment of time, it has to be so hard to even give that, especially after a fantastic, soulful rock n’ roll performance last night, where Im sure you all gave every ounce of energy at the Colonial Theatre in Phoenixville, when probably all you want to do is go home. But your’s and Eric’s willingness to take just one more photo made my night, my day today and will be with me forever.
BOC was the first cellophane wrapper I removed (“ETI Live”) from a cassette tape sometime in the 80’s, and from there Ive been addicted to your songs, the stories, the science fiction, the R&B, the themes of love/heartache/fantasy all having driving rhythm and melodies that you can cheer to, cry to and downright feel life to. And the Band delivered it all in first class form last night from the first note of “Dr. Music” to the “Hot Rails” encore.
I just wanted to say thanks to the band for a great show. But more importantly for taking the time for the pictures, they will forever be treasures, probably when it was the last thing you and Eric wanted to do. Thanks and happy days...
