Ok..got it yesterday. Wow.
It is such a gift to know we have such a great BOC show well documented. The sound is stellar. Just watched/heard it twice. Like the surround mix in 7.2 best. Camera work is equally awesome/somewhat frustrating with the movement. Great clarity. Some great fretwork focus. Second watch was more listening and the camera work much less crazy to me as I was listening to the sound more...which is amazing. Thrilled.
GREAT set Buck ! Well done.

Steve Schenck and Richie Castellano spent considerable effort trying to tame the tricky camera movement, but the original footage was almost all that frenetic style. Glad it sounds good, Richie is doing a great job.

Now we just have to wait until Aug 7th (according to Amazon) for the 45th Anniversary show, October for the new album and an unknown date for when the live show from Germany will be released.

I'd like to magically have the video of their opening set for the last Faces tour Feb 1975 Madison Sq Garden when the crowd went wild and to me the most exciting set I've ever seen.I don't think they knew what hit them.

I would have loved to have seen that. They tore the house down.Everyone lit a match but sadly no encore.Rod Stewart at some point says "Let's hear ya cheer for me like you did for your Blue Oyster Cult".Interesting tour with The Strawbs opening some shows.Saw Brian Auger,Strawbs and BOC at Commack Arena months later.I believe that was the first concert Craig Ferguson visiting family on L.I.went to.
