Theremin is the sound of '50's "outer space." Also featured in Beach Boys' "Good Vibrations." And BOC's "Fight." And Led Zep's Whole Lotta Love. The Phoenix Musical Instrument Museum had a theremin to play with last time I was there. Lots of fun pretending to be Jimmy Page! Or now, Buck Dharma!

I really like Edge of the world so far. Nice backing vocals and guitar riffs!

Rich if you like Edge Of The World you'll probably like Toto and Steve Lukather material as well. Edge Of The World could easily be a Toto tune tbh.

It really is a top notch album. I’ve listened several times already and heard several new things with each listen. Love the power Secret Road has. And Richie’s contributions are priceless. Call me a SOBAK but, I’m just elated listening to this record.

Good review by this guy.BTW I dig that Andy is on keys for The Alchemist. Is he on any other tunes? I'm also getting into Alchemist more one weird thought(ok my weird thoughts will never be lonely)is that The Alchemist reminds me of a Goth-metal version of Billy Joel's The Entertainer.LOL. And Eric's vocals on Edge Of The World remind me of Sly Stone's If You Want Me To Stay(bet ya didn't see that coming).

My green copy arrived yesterday as did my standard copy, and my CD copy arrived this morning (plus the one I sent to my dad is on its way).
