When you hear the line ‘no one to wipe my bloody tears’ do you hear it as the tears being as blood, or bloody tears as in bloody hell?

First time I saw Supertramp I had won tickets by calling WNEW-FM.I figured couldn't be much competition since no one knew who they were and I heard Dreamer and really liked it.We had Row L Orch and Chris Deburgh opened. They did the whole Crime Of The Century album and I was like "Holy shit this was great".I was hooked early.Saw all their local shows thru Famous Last Words.

I'm a Brit. To be honest, it's fairly clear from the context that he's not singing about how pissed off he is with his tears. The fact it's sung in an American accent also makes it fairly clear that it's vampire talk and not an ode to some kind of tear duct infection. So in answer to your question, no I hadn't thought about it till now and it's still no. "Bloody" and "tears" aren't two words you usually associate with each other unlike "bloody fascists" or "feck, not another bloody election" or "bloody hell, my leg's dropped off".
