Stand and Fight is stuck in my head at the moment. But I've been listening to a lot of metal lately (mostly thrash or NWOBHM)

I played "Florida Man" yesterday on the Tidal streaming platform and really enjoyed it as if I were a listener. They say Tidal sounds better than the other streaming platforms, and they may be right. If anybody's curious, tell me what you think.

I still listen to the whole album on a regular basis. I’m really enjoying the variety of styles and have found this to be a really rock solid go-to release. Usually I tire of an album for a bit when I listen so much but not this one.

The last time I listened to a new album this many times was Everybody Loves a Happy Ending by Tears for Fears which was 15 years ago.

The varied & multi layered nature of the music is a real strength. I expect I will be listening to it for years to come.

It's perfect, and Arista screwed TFF by dropping them before the album was even released. It's out of print now, which I think is really sad.

I saw them live a few years back and I was pleased they played Closest Thing to Heaven. As far as my taste is concerned, I love the album a ton. But defer to Seeds of Love as my all time fav TFF album.

Seeds of Love is the kind of song that you just can't imagine changing a single thing about it. There's no way anybody could ever cover it and come close.

Roland Orzibal is an underrated guitar player. He's really good.

Apparently Curt Smith and Roland Orzabal met when one of them was listening to Last Days of May.
