Paid live stream gigs are the current reality. How about an all requests show and everyone pays an "entrance" fee. I just paid $20 to attend an all-requests show by Richard Thompson, great fun. Arrrrrgggghhh, missed the shows.

I'd dig that. I love Pearl Jam's method of doing soundboards of each show, and making the digital files available for like $10-$15 per show. And if you really want a CD copy you pay extra for one and it comes in a generic nondescript cardboard CD folder. Cheap and still makes some money.
