I remember BOC playing at a small club in Spokane (Gatsby's?) in about 1999. Eric asks what we wanted to hear, I yell "Power Underneath!", EB makes a shooing motion with his hand and says "yeah yeah, we'll get to that". But they did not. They did not get to that. I think I saw a couple of shows there. At one of them, while BOC was in the middle of their set, we were standing by the back door of the place and a bouncer was trying to eject some guy from the venue who was fighting him tooth-and-nail. He ended-up hip-tossing the guy into the street and the guy's head smacked against a parked car's bumper. The guy collected himself eventually, wiped-off the blood and wandered down the street.
I think one of the Gatsby's shows had Al Pitrelli on keys/guitar, if I remember right.
I missed a show there because it was moved from the convention center to the bar, and I was underage. Gatsbys is long since closed and that area is part of Spokane’s skid row.

That was one of the shows I was talking about. We couldn't get in either and we listened to the show outside the back door of the place.

Each time George uploads a BÖC jam like this one, I visualize Marty's big smile.
