To my Persona, it's Edge Of The World

I would agree with Edge of the World, among hardcore Cultists. If we define it as “what song might be recognized as BÖC, by the most people”, I would say, “Box In My Head”, because my family, upon hearing it, all said “now THAT is Blue Oyster Cult!”

That's a tough question to answer, but St. Cecilia sounds like it could be on side one of Tyranny & Mutation.

I’d WANT to say Tainted Blood simply because of the vampire angle, but not because of the sound.

I'd say Box In My Head.I love Edge and it's close but the harmonies sound more like Couldn't Get It Right by Climax Blue Band altho THAT doesn't sound much like other CBB songs either so perhaps that's not even relevant. LOL Aww fuck the records great don't fuck with my head.

Depends what one thinks is a "BOC song" LOL. Each BOC album when written and recorded had songs that sounded like BOC, and songs that didn't. OK, I'll bite. Secret Road, Box In My Head, Edge of the World sound like they could be on previous records.

Well yeah the thing is I always expected different from BOC due to the number of vocalists and contributors. So why should this be any different or more different or less different? Always expect the unexpected.

Secret Road sounds the most “BÖC” to me.

The first time I heard "Edge" I thought to myself it sounded like BOC. Even though it was all Richie.

Edge of the World indeed for me. And The Alchemist close second.

The first time I heard "Edge" I thought to myself it sounded like BOC. Even though it was all Richie. It sounds like it could belong on Fire of Unknown Origin given the theme and the tone. As far as instrumentation it's certainly heavier and could have been on Heaven or Curse. I feel like each song on this album sounds like it could fit anywhere in the discography at any era.

I personally thought Edge sounded like a Toto song because their songs sound very huge and it also has elements which many Toto songs have. At least it sounds like matured Toto in 90s and 00s. I say this as a huge Toto fan as well, I pretty much know their whole discography.
I'd personally say that Box is unmistakenly BŐC. Piano in Alchemist makes song unmistakenly BÖC although solo section reminds me of Iron Maiden with all the harmonies. I also find Secret Road and Cecilla typical BÖC.
