Ha! Been thinking of the classic BD April 1 today. That was fairly awesome. Bunk and Shandi just got back from a 7 day road trip around the Orlando FL show late last night. No time to prepare any shenanigans for this one. Got a VIP tour of Kennedy Space Center. Here's the Spacex Falcon 9/9heavy assembly building and launch pad.

So my wife asks, why does Buck get to see space stuff.
So I say, because he's a rock and roll STAR.
Thanks, I'm here all week. Try the veal.

View AttachmentBuck, was that with Shawn Quinn? He took Lynn and I into the building with the very first piece of the International Space Station (from a catwalk behind glass). That was along time ago. The Inspiration4 Crew interview was in that building earlier this week.

It's not so much like I'm a VIP, but I'm friends with the head of engineering at NASA.

I just can't pretend no more I keep runnin' out of lies Lovin' you is killin' me inside
Every time I find the words to end it something in your eyes won't let it
Shandi, tonight must last us forever Forever we say goodnight and go home But you know me very well, and I know you You can't tell me goodnight (say goodnight)
We been holding on so tight we're afraid to let it go Shake it loose, we both could use the ride
Here's another mess I got myself in and when you touch me you ain't helpin'
Shandi, tonight must last us forever Forever we say goodnight and go home But you know me very well, and I know you You can't tell me goodnight (say goodnight)
Say goodnight when we should say goodbye (say goodbye)
(Shandi, Shandi) Tonight must last us forever and ever Forever we say goodnight and go home Shandi, Shandi, tonight must last us forever

Shawn Quinn sent me this picture today of the first "Big Rocket," the first stage of the Space Launch System, arriving at the Space Center. It's the biggest NASA rocket since the Saturn 5, maybe the biggest ever. It's going to the Moon. >NASA Artemis Search domain nasa.govhttps://www.nasa.gov/specials/artemis/ During the Artemis program, NASA will land the first woman and first person of color on the Moon, using innovative technologies to explore more of the lunar surface than ever before. We will collaborate with our commercial and international partners and establish sustainable exploration for the first time.< They're moving it to the Vehicle Assembly Building. It came to the Cape by barge. You can see a SpaceX Falcon rocket on launch pad 39A in the distance. Thanks Shawn! You won't see coverage this good on CNN or FOX.
