Personal Favorite is Maserati GT from OYFOOYK. I call that my summer time song. I blast it with the sun roof open as soon as it gets warm enough out and welcome in the summer season! Anwar's Theme is also a huge family favorite which we consider one big long solo! Really dig the solo on Tenderloin as well. I remember pete dropping the needle on that one for the first time many years ago and I was like "whaaa? ?" Alex

Looooove Tenderloin.
The groove at the end should extend about 10 minutes though. It makes me happy. ;-)

An actual favorite Buck solo. The ETL Veterans solo is on top for me. An absolute perfect solo. I watched it again a couple nights ago, just to look at the white Strat, and the solo. That is my favorite Buck guitar. I am proud to say that I have stolen many licks from that solo. I find places to use them. And I am damn proud of that.
Oh but there are other solos yes there are!!!!
1.The Before The Kiss outro solo from the Browning Benefit concert, and the OYF album, Both killer solos.
2. Divine Wind. I love watching the Black And Blue version. Again that white Strat with the Floyd Rose.
3. Stone Of Love. The solo on the way out. That first note, every single thing is perfect about that. I think that is the best post Bouchard BOC studio moment. I love that solo.

I'm with you on Stone of Love, one of my all time favorites. That's one of the songs I'd play for someone to help them understand why I love BÖC so much.

anything of interest about bucks strat on vopw performance video ? heavy guitar licks and delay, luv it !!!!!!!! It is my understanding that the White 70's Strat has a Floyd Rose and Bill Lawrence pickups. I'm assuming all the toggle switches are used to split the pickups from humbuckers to single coil. I use a tape echo to get that delay, I'm not sure what Buck used back then, but I once read it was a Korg Tape Echo. There are so many good delay and echo pedals on the market now. The tricky thing is to get the echo dialed in so it's not cluttering up your solo, but at the same time giving you the echo effect like the beginning of the Veterans solo. Maybe Buck can give us more info on how to do this in the gear section. I really like the delay on the Reaper intro that he does live too.
