New guy here but have been lurking around for years and curious if any else feels the same way. It drives me nuts when a song just fades out when the band is just smoking. I understand time constraints but can't you just give me another 10 15 seconds? Many come to mind but here are my big three:

I don't know. No More really seems perfectly ended like that. Like a great story that leaves off and always makes you jamming in your head for awhile afterwards.

Espo, I can only speak for 5:35. The jam did go on for about 30 seconds longer, it was faded for both vinyl LP side time constraints and how much Buck Dharma lead meanderings could producer Donald Roeser tolerate. It was my intention to make a long tail, and it's still long at the point it fades. It was fun playing the basic track with Rick Downey and Craig MacGregor. I overdubbed the organ and lead guitar.

Thank you Buck. Even though I've played it hundreds of times I still find myself reaching for the volume to hear every last note.

I still have a case of the 5 inch floppy discs I used to play games on when I was a kid. Mostly just for the curiosity of it. I love that kind of tape-based tech. Which reminds me, the new Killers album was recorded strictly analog, on tape and mixed on boards. And it sounds AMAZING.

I've got lots of floppies, but no drives to read them. Maybe one computer in storage that has a drive, but no monitor, might not work anyway.
