We all have our opinions on the Black & Blue tour. But how do you think it would have panned out with Ozzy & the Blizzard crew instead of Ronnie and Sabbath?

Well, I saw BÖC open for Ozzy in ‘86. Didn’t know if it was going to be them or Metallica. It was a great show.

I saw one of the shows with BOC opening for Ozzy, but I'm pretty sure it was the early Zakk Wylde era band. I think it was after Metallica canceled their opening dates with Ozzy. I'm guessing it was maybe 1986 or '87, around the time of the Club Ninja record. I remember Buck playing the St.Blues guitar quite a bit during that show.

It may have been short notice, but I don't remember. Some people obviously weren't happy with the switch, but I think the show went well, all things considered.

I remember him playing a superstrat type guitar at that one. May have been an ESP.
