For over 20 years I’ve been trying to get BÖC back to Decatur, to play our annual street fest, to no avail. They stopped having the Decatur Celebration, a couple years back, so my hopes turned to a new Amphitheater we have, on our lake. (Built by Howard Buffet, Warren’s son, who lives here) I had about given up hope, but lookie!

That looks like a real nice place to have a concert, assuming good weather as always. Even the far back seats look good.

A breeze comes off of the lake, there’s no bad view of stage, sound is good, it holds about 3000. Kansas and BÖC will pack it. Only non plus will be bugs. (Or rain, like you mentioned)

4 shows in my range, so far, this Summer! I’m really grateful.

Didn't look that big, but the pic in the short video promo maybe didn't do it justice. And you're right about a big crowd - 2 popular bands with enough difference in style and content to bring in a wide range of attendees (my guess). Have fun!

Course if the lawn is at enough of a slope looking down a folding chair could be an option. Until everybody in front stands up. You'll find out when ".. it is your time".

Lawn people usually stay seated, tickets are 38. Terrace tickets are 57, pit are 123, reserved seating is 75, I think.

These prices are direct from the venue…Ticketmaster or stub hub would charge much more.
