I remember that chip in the cheeseburger near the tip of where the whammy bar would be. I’ve seen that it had been mended.

Time to get a good LIDAR-like 3D scan of the cheeseburger. Needs to be good enough for CNC milling and 3D printing. I don't know what the state of the art is regarding printable materials that would provide the required stability and strength for a performance-ready instrument.
