The new Elvis movie is pretty good. The lead did a great job of actually being Elvis, rather than a characture,
Kisstory on Hulu. Only the current band did on camera, recent in interviews; Peter and Ace were included with old clips.

The Elvis film is great. You're absolutely right about the lead, Elvis rather than an Elvis tribute act.

I saw Iron Maiden for the first time last month. They hadn’t been around here since 1988 and I was away in the army at the time. Incredible. Bruce Dickinson put his pants on one leg at a time and kicked ass, along with everyone else. I didn’t realize how fun Janick Gers was to watch as he is still the new guy to me. They did a lot from the era that I didn’t pay much attention to, everything after Fear of the Dark. Great show and Trivium was a great opener and my new favorite band.

I haven’t seen Maiden in a few years but it was an absolutely INCREDIBLE show. I saw them for the first time around 2006 and they did the entirety of A Matter of Life and Death that tour. Next time was the Somewhere Back in Time tour. And there was a third time but I can’t remember which tour.

Can’t stand losing you: Surviving the Police. It’s Andy Sumters version of the rise and fall of the Police. It’s 10 or more years old but we’ll done.
