Hey Buck, have you and the guys thought about doing any shows for the album's anniversary? I know from watching a video and seeing pictures of the setlist that you guys did play 'Don't Turn Your Back', 'Joan Crawford', and 'Burnin' For You' at the Allen Lanier tribute show, but would you guys consider playing this album in its entirety for any shows in the future?

Sole Survivor is one of my favorites. After I had met Buck for the very first time back in 2014, I was listening to Fire of An Unknown Origin a lot, and used to listen to this song on repeat on my iPod back when I was in high school.

The first actual physical CD I ever purchased was Spectres (mind you, I had already had this on vinyl for years by time CDs arrived on the scene), and lately, it's the album I've been going to the most. I never tire of it, and wouldn't you know, next year is Spectres' 40th anniversary. Could there be special shows celebrating that milestone? Some tunes have been in the set for years (Zilla, GAOL), some have been played here and again (DVN with Albert, ILTN), and some played just recently (SFC). That would leave certain others needing to be worked up: Fireworks (always loved the guitar in this song, so understated), RUR2R, Celestial the Queen, GTTM, and Nosferatu.
I do have to say that I've been listening/watching the version of GAOL off Some Other Enchanted Evening lately, and that solo at the end...just beautiful perfection. Mournful and emotional. My fave of late.
Buck, thanks for coming by Lucille's after Friday's gig and chatting and for signing the poster of that night's show. Was good to see you and Sandy again.
See you in Newton!

There definitely has been a lot of album anniversaries being talked about since this year's shows, Agents of Fortune and Reaper Residency in particular, as well as the Allen Lanier tribute show being a unique bonus in all of this. More album anniversary concerts would be great.
