American Horror Story: Apocalypse DFTR plays while Kathy Bates nabs a hitchhiker.

I wish the next AHS was with the atmosphere like in this blog about survival in the jungle and Welcome to the jungle plays while something trashy goes there. I don't even know what, I just like the atmosphere and think it is a kind of a good idea.

One night this past week, during The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, when Stephen Colbert was doing his opening monologue, he said "don't fear the reaper" and the guitarist in his band started playing a little bit of the DFTR intro. Here's a link, the DFTR reference starts at about 5:55 in.

Slight aside, how is the hurricane recovery going, Mary?

I left that clip playing and received an education - I did not realise a vampire could be killed by a werewolf... you folks do politics very differently, that's for sure... :-) then again, we had Boris Johnson, so I can't talk...

Slight aside, how is the hurricane recovery going, Mary? Things are slowly getting back to normal. Some areas such as Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel will probably take years to build back what was lost. Thank you for asking Zenman.

Depends on whether the werewolf attacks from the LEFT or the RIGHT. The correct answer has been well documented by our journalists. If you don't agree with what one says, go to another one. Both versions have been fact checked to be absolutely true. One might actually be correct though. :)

What an amazing show! Episode 4 is probably on tap for tomorrow night. Really nice concept to use the music the way they do, using the "older" rock music we like, but I think I would have made the tunes longer. Yes, it is an amazing show. I accidentally discovered an explanation of what is going on. I'm not sure when that gets revealed, but things are different from what you think. Enough said.

I rather enjoyed it and of course hearing DFTR in the music mix. Thought they selected good stuff.

Anybody think "Reaper" is getting spread too thin on video media? Seems like it's all over the place. I place no restriction on SONY's use of the song unless it's somehow controversial, and neither does the band.

I agree with Eastmark that more is better. For example, I never would have been exposed to Chris Stapleton's killer version of Al Green's "I'm a Ram" if it wasn't for a truck commercial.
