One year later and it still holds up. I remember first listening to the album as I was leaving UP Michigan and heading back to Illinois; was blown away.
This album is truly special me not only because I got to post behind-the-scenes photos and promotional posts on Buck's pages, but because a few years before BOC had announced their contract with Frontiers in 2019, I had made a graphic design CD concept back in high school in 2016 for Graphic Communications II. While my design ability was limited back then and the concept itself being far different and nowhere near refined compared to Symbol Remains, it's interesting in hindsight to remember how my teenage self had hoped for another BOC release.

I was at the Plano show. I tried to get my sister to go to Cedar Park, but she is headed to France next week and didn't want risk covid.

A year on & I'm still listening to it on a regular basis. A BOC classic indeed.

We loved both nights! Plano was technically, an outdoor, gig, too. Great weather, great sound! Lynn doesn't usually "BOC" with me as much as this year, but we enjoyed Dancing and Singing the new songs. It was noticeable to me how THAT WAS ME is getting better and better, by a lot since the first time I heard it, July 4th. Thank you, Buck, for putting up with us party animals. We feel we've contributed to Jump-Starting the Concert Economy this year, even if it took a lot out of us physically. The last four shows we saw (2 NY, 2 TX) were is smaller, unique settings.

I’m still putting this at or near the top of the stack of the BÖC catalog.

Thanks for returning my THUMBS UP I gave you after one of your songs that night! Talk about paying attention to your audience.I was up close to the front, and I can tell you the crowd REALLY liked you guys. I saw a lot of clapping, jumping up and down, and general enthusiasm from the people around me. And quite a few younger people (relatively speaking). Some dancing in the back. People would have probably stayed another hour, but then there was that 11 PM shut-it-down deadline the venue had. Quite a few people stayed around afterward - until we all got kicked out asked to leave. Nice that Richie came out for a few minutes and talked to people as they were leaving. Managed to pull him back and score an autograph at the last second on a set list one of the crew gave me. Pure BOC style! You're right the weather was 100% perfect - the night you played. Everybody got real lucky. I think the next day the weather went downhill real fast up there.
