Had a cool night discussing older popular songs with great solo's we all know but maybe not the guitarist who played them. Here's just three:
The Knack: My Sharona-Berton Averre
Eddie Money: 2 tix-Jimmy Lyon
Pretenders: Middle of the Road-Robbie McIntosh.
They are all killer imo.

I really like what the rhythm guy in Psychedelic Furs provide in Heart like Crime.
I can't shink of soloists further than Billy Duffy and Hendrix who sucks all the matter in for millions of miles, patrons find out who can replicate their results. If I knew how to use it I'd say hashtag Allmans Filmore East compact disc- what gives? It's no longer perfect~ are the marketing people counting on me having a big gouge in the record?
I had to hustle up my Magavox/Sunn console and Boss anti-boredom pedal quickly today, using an isolation Xformer which you should use if any of your tubes' numbers start with 5. The large lawn across the street was being treated with a lawnmower w/more horsepower than my car, and trimmed and cleaned up with weedwackers and blowers. Couldn't get together Hollow Man and thought it hostile to the noise so hunkered down with Dominance and Submission, so fun switch between pickups. Playing the [dual lead?] part just before the Polka discussion I noticed they'd all powered down.
Finally I finished a project begun: grab the Takamine, sat on a sink on the porch, and elbow-pivoted my corruption of the "pauses between syllables" I-IV-I... cause I can't get 1/40th notes with my wrist and then limped through the solo and then all the dancers freeze and they try out all the lights'n servos.
