I subscribed to this Youtube channel, and have found it quite informative. Awhile back I recommended he check out Buck and "Astronomy", as I'm sure others may have too, although I mentioned the Oct. 79 Minneapolis version. He chose this one instead, I thought everybody might enjoy this.

Funny how some tasteful vibrato on the right notes can earn you compliments 40 years on! Another 40 years from now I know people will still be appreciating the craftsmanship applied to every note you play today.

I sent him an email inviting him to the London show. 4k+ views in a couple days. Impressive.

Apparently, the "Reacts to.." videos are quite the thing these days. I'm down widit, as it's content for the youngsters and exposure for the old folks.

Astronomy is a absolute BOC masterpiece....try not to sing, tap your foot, or play air guitar to that. Its a true work of art. So well layered yet conjoined. Nicely described and appreciated by this young guy. Great to see. There is hope ! Ha.
Not mentioned but IMO a huge component to this killer tune... a very flowing and beautiful example of the talent of Allen Lanier.

Was wondering if you agree with his assessment of your playing (which of course is phenomenal!)in terms of what you were doing on your leads and why ? Great version of Astronomy! See you on April 14th in PA!
