Buck, What was/is your favorite era of BÖC? Was it the beginning as young and hungry band, the superstar period, the legacy band, or something else? Maybe it was a particular album or tour?

If I had a favorite era, I'd be pining for it now I suppose. I really don't. All I can say is the ride has been great from the beginning. Playing clubs as a bar band, the beginnings of SWU, making demos in NYC record label studios, signing to Elektra, playing clubs again, becoming BOC, playing big rooms, then not selling records, playing clubs again, then settling into the post-internet groove we find ourselves now, it's all been rewarding in its way.
I just consider myself fortunate to have made a good living playing guitar and singing. Making music is its own reward at the basic level. I never got tired of doing it.

There is really something to be said having an entire career doing what you love. Looks like you've achieved that! Sure a few ups and downs, but then doing what you love to turn the "downs" into "ups". Just an outsider's opinion. But maintaining your sanity given your current tour schedule and all the traveling that goes along with that - well I guess that proves your last comment "I never got tired of doing it.". Seeing how the fans at your shows react, no matter how big or small the show, I don't think they'll ever get tired of you "doing it". On Tour Forever - Grateful Audiences Forever.
