Cheryl, thanks for posting the link.
It's a shame that the award presentation to BOC was just a silent black screen. The audio and video of almost everything was not good at all.
There are a couple parts to check out if you want on or about the following timestamps:
2:00:40 Buck and Eric on-stage giving I assume at the end of their speech. I couldn't really hear Buck (it was only a few words), Eric was understandable - mostly. Background band playing part of DFTR.
2:36:11 After the awards were over, Buck coming down through the audience. You'll have to look real close at first to see if it's even him. Watch it through for awhile and you'll see his face for a few seconds. Then the back of his head for awhile.
Maybe some audience vids will show up later.
Anyway, congrats Buck!

Joe,I videoed the segment on Buck and Eric as well as a few others. I’ll listen to mine tonight and see what it sounds like.. Sometimes, live videos are not good. lol Maybe I could get the job to video Buck and Eric and get it good!!😎 I’ll be back with my videos for you. Thanks for the message above. Nonetheless, It was of great pleasure to be there to see the award given… There were BÖC fans in the packed event for sure.

BD and EB seemed to be two of a small group that were genuinely grateful of being recognized and accepting of their station in life with dignity and reality; some of the other characters were some sad and cringeworthy individuals. YMMV.
Edit - Won't let me post the link; just do a YT search for BOC and search by most recent upload.

It was more fun than I thought it would be. Lots of conviviality and good will. I really didn't know any of those 80's metal guys at the time. Nice to see Bruce Kulick get some props. Crashing Wayward is a band to watch. Fun meeting Chris Kattan. Although with the wig and mustache he looked more like Cheech Marin than Buck Dharma.

Two really good KISS impersonators at the awards show. Guy on the right tells me he's always been a big Buck Dharma and BOC fan. I say to him, "Coming from you Gene, that means a lot!"

Likely too much cowbell brought out the inner Cheech.

I agree Buck and Eric were both gracious, humble and grateful in their acceptance. So happy that they got some much deserved recognition and had a great time that night too!

"Vegas rock awads: Billy Gibbons, Mark Davis, and cowbell"
The Las Vegas Review-Journal had some good pics of Buck and Eric. BOC is also talked about down in the text:

Yes, very humble. And, I always wondered if Buck and Eric had ever had a big disagreement or falling out after all these years. It makes my heart happy to know the answer to that! 🥰
