Richie seems to be one the hardest working dudes in Rock & Roll right now. You just know that he is going to crack it wide open and big someday. Probably soon too! One of the nicest down to earth guys you can ever meet as well.

He has earned every stroke of good luck that may come his way. Great guy and great musician!. I hope it’s a huge success for him.

My two favorite bands (well, TBH #2 is way down there, but way above everybody below it) were both saved later in their careers by guys named Richie and those Richies are only 37 days apart in age. I do want to give a serious shout out to Richie C. (not the Happy Days guy) for "The Alchemist" which could have easily been on either Secret Treaties or Cultosaurus Erectus. Richie really dug into the BOC DNA and nailed it.

Interesting. A whole new perspective on him, for me. But, not so thrilled of what he is eluding, “and you can probably guess what that means”. 😭

I took it that he was alluding to Nights 2 and 3 coming soon, not anything else.

I am really excited to hear what Band Geek have in store for Jon Anderson. I wonder if they will be doing the really progressive stuff ala Close to the Edge or the more pop oriented stuff from the Rabin era. I could see it going either way. At the end of the day, it'll be good. Jon Anderson needs a solid band; his solo stuff (minus his work with Vangelis) is inconsistent IMO.
Looking forward to Sony Music Hall nights 2 & 3 as my brother and I were there for those two shows.

I haven't heard any of what Richie is doing with Jon, but I'd bet it's closer to the prog older stuff.

I hope Richie will get a chance to interact with Carl Palmer's guitarist Paul Bielatowicz and bassist Simon Fitzpatrick, they are virtuosos on their instruments and are in the hard-core prog camp (Andy Ascolese is an ELP fan). I had the chance to see Todd Rundgren, Carl Palmer, and Yes several years ago and the ferocity of Carl Palmer combined with the gothic intensity of ELP's music blew Yes off the stage; sadly this was where Alan White was really struggling and Steve Howe's son - while adequate - had a tough time keeping up with the legends around him. Richie got a *ton* of positive feedback on the notoriously fickle and critical Steve Hoffman forum during the last tour; the Band Geeks were head and shoulders above the School of Rock that also supported Mr Anderson.
