Of all the 90's bands that popped up I'd say Pearl Jam and The Jayhawks were my two favorites. The slow parts of this song actually remind me of Les and the SWU. Pearl Jam was the second band I got into after BOC. If I had to rank my favorite bands they'd still be in the top 10 for sure. They've got a never-ending supply of great hooks, that's for sure. I went to see them at a time I had none of their albums. They were playing at MSG and I just walked over and got good seats.I really enjoyed the show and started getting their albums.

Discovered Frank again after about 40+ years. Incredible guitar player, great Blu Ray. Wow I didn't realize Frank was still with us! Looks like I've got some catching up to do! Saw Mahogany Rush at Manchester Free Trade Hall in 1978 they were fantastic. It was a double bill with Lone Star who were also great.

Also love his covers of Norwegian Wood and All Along the Watchtower.

Chris Cornell- No One Sings Like You Anymore Hard pass from me. It was great to hear his voice again on different songs, but the path he takes in his solo music is not where my interests lie. I did like his version of "Nothing Compares 2 U", and fans of his solo stuff should like this.

Scream was TERRIBLE but I guess good for him for stepping outside of his comfort zone.

Saw Mahogany Rush open for Johnny and Edgar Winter in '75 at the Felt Forum.Marino had the whole floor of the stage from left to right filled with foot pedals. It was as if he went to a music store and said I'll have one of each.

Listening to Masque by Kansas. Underrated band, underrated album. I almost got to see Kansas at the Gorge, instead I got to hang out with Buck, Danny, Alma, and others. It was funny to watch fans interact with Buck. One girl asked if he was the drummer.

It was the same when I saw them in 1978. At that point in time I had never seen so many effects pedals, not so unusual now.

Love the Apple jams. The rest...meh, too many layers, too many instruments. Not a fan of Phil Spector productions.
