That was really great - many thanks. You could almost see him trying to remember things at some points but it was a long time ago to be fair! Liked the stress on trusting the musicians and not getting in the way of the song and the playing.

I'd forgotten that the room had a carpeted floor. It was very dead, which was in fashion in the '70's multitrack era for instrument isolation.
It was great to see Shelly Yakus again. I hadn't seen him in decades. And to learn how he got the lead guitar on Reaper to sound as good as it does.

Been incredibly busy this week and finally got a chance to sit down and watch this. It just makes me love what is already been my favorite song ever recorded even more.
Big fun hearing the tracks isolated. Just amazing by any standard.
This song is so delicate yet so angry. Who else can do that.

The bridge has such an energy.....the change of flow with such a tense, edgy, angry twist....then settles right back in again like it never happened.
No wonder it makes the hair stand up on your arm.
