I heard a awesome rumor that Greg Scott is doing the New BOC album cover art. ... it's been confirmed that Decker will be the cover artist for the other three live albums Decker? ....

BOC does not control the sync (video) rights to the D. Waller side of "This Ain't The Summer Of Love." The publisher that does would rather deny Waller the exposure and royalties than allow BOC to include the song on the video. It was the same with the original broadcast of the Agents concert.
Audio recordings however, do not require permission of the publisher to use. Anyone can obtain a license to record and sell a song. That's why "Summer" is audio only.

So, I guess he was not aware of the previous DVD that includes Summer of Love ?

I knew it was about that, but I thought it was just because the original broadcaster forgot to ask for rights clearance and that could be solved paying the fee. didn't think there was a feud underneath as for live 76, Pearlman sold the video to Castle in europe, and Peermusic most likely never knew about it. the real mystery is how Sony dealt with OTHER enchanted evening. guess it's technically an infringement, and once again it slipped from P-Music censors, although the exposure was much wider than L76

The existing sync licenses were apparently granted at the time.

The publisher that does would rather deny Waller the exposure and royalties than allow BOC to include the song on the video. Does anyone know just why that might be the case...? Sounds like there might be an underlying issue (maybe personal? - some previous perceived slight or some such...?) that might need to be addressed first...?
