Here is the tracklist for the Agents of Fortune Live, to be issued in March. The whole album was played, and was broadcasted minus Summer of Love.
so, of course, it was pretty obvious that the BluRay would present the whole album.

The whole point of the exercise was to perform the full album, in the correct track order... if you miss off the first track, you've effectively fired a logical torpedo and holed the whole concept below the waterline...

Unresolved disputes regarding compensation manifest themselves in every situation imaginable.

I beg to differ. If it was only unresolved disputes regarding compensation, I think the track would not be on the CD. Of course, we don't know everything, of course, as Sam kept on saying to us, at the end of it, it's just business. But...

Summer of Love was assigned to a different publisher (namely the original publishing co. to D. Waller's lyrics) most likely publishing rights for video performance haven't been cleared. I thought they eventually settled that issue after the original 9-track video broadcast Guess somebody is to blame

BTW the cover looks quite a lot like Lynn Curlee's style. I just wonder whether they hired him back or they got somebody able to imitate his artwork (most likely IMHO)

I just wonder whether they hired him back or they got somebody able to imitate his artwork (most likely IMHO) As far as I can tell, both this cover and Cleveland was done by Stan W Decker - I hope he's giving Lynn Curlee a cut of his fee... BTW: I'm not a fan of his Cleveland cover - it looks rather clunky to my eyes... shame they couldn't have asked Greg Scott...

I heard a awesome rumor that Greg Scott is doing the New BOC album cover art. Greg Scott would be as great as having Pearlman and Meltzer lyrics, Albert and Joe guesting, and a ghost track featuring Allen meanwhile, it's been confirmed that Decker will be the cover artist for the other three live albums
